No Limit is a set of boutique fitness studios in New York
state that offers group fitness classes, our original
concept HIIT class, Cycle, Barre, Row, and Yoga. In
addition to group classes, we have an always open "No Limit
Lab" that allows you to conduct individual training, on
your own, or with a personal trainer.
No Limit was born from a desire to start a unique studio
experience that we would be proud to call our own and NOT
your average gym. It is locally owned and operated and is a
labor of love from a small team of passionate individuals.
Regardless of your age or physical fitness level, No Limit
is an all-inclusive group fitness studio that offers a
variety of group and individual level programming to meet
your needs.
Our approach ensures we continue to deliver a high-quality

Founder of The Limit, Beth is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and PROnatal Pre/Postnatal Specialist.
In addition to 9 years of personal training
experience, Beth has been a professional dancer for
18 years. She was a Radio City Rockette and has been
in 6 Broadway shows. She was most recently on the
choreography team for Netflix's "The Prom".
Years of pushing her limit in performance have given
her an intuitive understanding of what it takes to

close to her heart for as long as she can remember.

Kayla is a NASM CPT and professional dancer that
has performed all around the world. While battling
extreme fatigue and burnout while on tour, she
made a commitment to becoming the healthiest,
strongest version of herself.

Founder of The Limit, Beth is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and PROnatal Pre/Postnatal Specialist.
Sharona is a fitness professional originally from
Toronto, Canada. She is currently based in Los
Angeles California working with private clients
and teaching virtual group fitness
Sharona began as a professional dancer her credits
include Broadway in the TONY award winning musical
"In the Heights" and "Ghost The Musical," the
Kennedy Center Honors for President Barack and
First Lady Michelle Obama alongside James Taylor,
Janelle Monet,
Pilar found her love of fitness through
sustaining her body through an 8-show-a-week
schedule on Broadway and national tours. Having
dealt with overuse injuries, she came to love
functional exercise in order to keep bodies
healthy, strong, and at their maximum capacity for
movement!
In addition, Pilar holds a Master of Divinity from
Union Theological Seminary and is interested in
the intersection between personal wellbeing and
social justice. She is a certified personal
trainer with the American Council on Exercise
(ACE) and has worked with private clients aging
from 19 to 92; as a group fitness instructor,
holding certifications in barre, HIIT, bodyART,
and pre/post-natal training.
Jasmine is an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Ballet and Kinesiology from Indiana University. Jasmine has over 10 years of experience with group and personal training in addition to a dance and fitness modeling career which included work as a company member with the Banff Centre for the Arts Festival Ballet Company, the Brooklyn Nets, Nike, and Adidas.
